CALL TO ANNUAL MEETING JANUARY 29, 2012 All members of the Congregation are invited and encouraged to attend our Annual Meeting on Sunday, January 29. Before the Annual Meeting, a Covered Dish Dinner will be held at 12:15 p.m. The dinner will be held in room 100. You may make your reservations by speaking to a Consistory member or by using the reservation sheet in the narthex or the church office. Following the dinner, the Annual Meeting will begin at 1:15 p.m. in room 100. All members are encouraged to attend this meeting. There will be a time for questions and discussion on the printed Annual Report. Please note: Annual Reports will be available in the gallery, the church office, and at the Annual Meeting.

YOUTH FELLOWSHIP January 8 – 6 – 7:30 p.m. Youth Fellowship meeting in room 124 January 22 – 6 – 7:30 p.m. Youth Fellowship meeting in room 124 The Youth Fellowship is collecting items for the needy. These items will be distributed through the breakfasts being served monthly at Heidelberg UCC in downtown York. Items needed are: sheets, towels, blankets, hats, mittens and men’s socks and coats. Please put the items in garbage bags, mark the sheet size on them, and put in the 7th grade Sunday School Room (124.) The deadline for these article is Sunday, February 19. These items may be dropped off at the church during office hours throughout the week.

SHILOH UCC EARLY LEARNING CENTER will be hosting an Open House for prospective families on Wednesday January 18 from 6-7:30 in room 100. If you are interested in learning more about our programs we hope you will join us that evening. The Open House will provide you with the opportunity to meet our teaching staff as well as allow you and your child to see a small sample of what actually goes on in the classrooms on a daily basis.
