EMT was formed in 2003 for the purpose of expanding the congregation of the church by spreading the Word of God in various ways:
- Coffee Connections - Every Sunday morning between services
- And Sunday School
- Strawberry Festival
- Mistletoe Magic
- Supplying bottles of water during summer community activities
- Newcomer Visitation
